Driven by a strong desire to provide quality healthcare in the verticals of diet and nutrition; Dt. Nikita Agarwal; founder and practicing dietitian at the Life Health and Nutrition Clinic, has touched many a lives over the last twelve years with her experience and expertise.

A specialist in Disease Reversal, Weight Management, and Child Nutrition, Ms. Agarwal has been working actively with patients seeking guidance related to lifestyle-specific disorders such as Diabetes, PCOD, and Thyroid.

A graduate in Diet & Nutrition and Psychology, her strength lies in her ability to relate to her patients and create special, customized diet plans that suggest easy-to-incorporate solutions. These personalized and holistic plans keep her patients engaged and excited about what is to come next. Dt. Agarwal curates diet and nutrition plans for her patients keeping in mind their special needs. Each of these plans is backed by scientific knowledge and years of experience in the arena.

It is for these reasons that she enjoys a diverse clientele not only in India but also across the Globe. Her patients range from kids as young as seven-year-old to 83-year-old elderlies, who come seeking, advise on medical, as well as, non-medical conditions. Dt. Agarwal is also philanthropically involved with the ‘Anganvadis’ and frequently visits them as a consultant. She believes in educating the students about the importance of healthy food and lifestyle choices; thus, addressing health concerns at the bud itself. Her efforts and guidance have been deeply appreciated by the concerned schools.

She is also working in tandem with different NGOs such as to provide free consultation at the medical camps organized by them. Dt. Agarwal was also the former visiting faculty at R G Stone Hospital and the Krishna Hospital, Pitampura.
